Terms

By paying for a position you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What you are buying

A public position on a public board, ordered by amount paid. You are buying a rank, not a duration, not traffic, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Your position lasts until someone pays more, which may be immediately.

Refunds

Positions are final and payments are not refundable. The one exception is a card that resolves against nothing, which is refunded automatically. A payment reversed through a chargeback is subtracted from your total and the board re-sorts, which may remove your position entirely.

Content

You confirm you have the right to list the destination you submit. Listings that break the rules are removed immediately without preserving rank and without refund. Listing metadata is read from the public page you submit.

Availability

The board is provided as is. It may be unavailable, and it may close. If it closes, positions end with it.
